Waiter / Waitress (Ref no. : F&B/W)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality service to restaurant guests and ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and striving for customer delights
  • Prepare tables for meals including setting up items such as linens, silverware and glassware
  • Meet and greet guest in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Formal training from VTC / IVE / Technical Institute
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in hotel / club house
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Initiative and good customer service skills
  • Well groomed

Bartender / Barmaid (Ref no. : F&B/B)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operation
  • Preparing high standard coffee and drinks to guests
  • Presenting menu, answering enquiries and making suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to our members
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages to our member

Requirements:

  • Formal hotel training from VTC / IVE / Technical Institute
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in hotel or club house
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Willing to work under pressure, proactive and cheerful
  • Initiative and good customer service skills
  • Well groomed

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above and completed apprenticeship course
  • 1 years experience is prefer
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • To responsible for the cleaning of public area and common areas in a sanitary and hygienic condition

Requirements:

  • F.3 or above

Technician (Ref no. : MAIN/T)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Club House maintenance service

Requirements:

  • Graduate of technical institute in engineering study, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in hotel / member club industry
  • Holder of Registered Electrician Grade A
  • Experience in operation and maintenance of air-cooled chiller plant, electrical works and water supplies
  • Self-motivated, helpful, flexible with good team spirit
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work shift on weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Purchasing Officer (Ref no. : AC/PO)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the purchasing activities from sourcing, price negotiation, selection, and stock management.
  • Work closely with key internal users and handle stores complaints
  • To ensure reliable supplies & continuous quality improvement.
  • Monitor, measure and review supplier performance, as well as manage the benchmarking exercise
  • To supervise receiving clerk.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
  • MUST have over 5 years in catering section experience
  • Good negotiation and communication skill with strong numerical sense
  • Well organized and good time management is necessary
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and work under pressure

Purchasing Clerk (Ref no. : AC/PC)

Responsibilities:

  • To work internally with the Operations team and externally with suppliers.
  • Responsible for purchasing activities including issue P.O, invoice and quotation, order follow up
  • To assist the supervisor in managing the warehouse and inventory
  • Handling ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • MUST have 1 – 2 years catering field purchasing related job experience
  • Proficient in MS Office including Work, Excel & Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Can work independently and under pressure
  • Well organized and good time management is necessary
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
