Cynthia Utterbach, originally from Los Angeles, has been based in Europe for 15 years, performing at festivals, clubs, churches, schools, and on radio and television. She also performed in and wrote music for the internationally acclaimed film “Rosenstrasse”, winner of a Golden Globe Award in 2002.

Following six years with the Hamburg musical The Buddy Holly Story, Cynthia began performing solo tribute concerts and theater, including Lady Legends, The Big Band Era, Three Ladies of the Blues and Voices of Praise. She also had the honor of performing her Gershwin tribute in Thailand before the Queen of Thailand and her guests.

She has recorded several CD’s including Close Your Eyes, Come Love, Cynthia’s Back and A Tribute to Louis Armstrong with the Hamburg Police Orchestra.
