2012.03.21 - FCC club event special - Remembering Diane STORMONT

Article categories:

As many of you will already know, Diane STORMONT died last night in the Queen Mary Hospital after a brave struggle with a long illness. She touched so many of us in a life that was truly special. Not only was she a great friend, colleague, fantastic journalist and past president of the Club, she was a vigorous campaigner for animal rights and welfare through her SPCA work. She was also a much-loved journalism professor at HKU, passionate about new media.

Her mother, sister and brother were with her when she passed away and she is deeply mourned and missed by us all.
