Paula Bronstein has been documenting Afghanistan for the past 15 years. She shared striking images from her new book “Afghanistan – Between Hope and Fear” and spoke about her experiences and the challenges in covering this war-torn country. Since 1998, Ms. Bronstein has been based in Bangkok, from where she has covered conflicts and news stories throughout Asia. She has won many prizes including awards from World Press Photo and the John Faber award from the Overseas Press Club. |
