As China celebrates 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic, C.Y. Leung will reflect on the achievements of the nation and his vision for the future of China.
C.Y. Leung was appointed vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in March 2017. He had served as the third Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR, between 2012 and 2017. He was previously convener of the Executive Council of Hong Kong and secretary general of the Hong Kong Basic Law Consultative Committee.
