Molino di Sant’Antimo Morellino di Scansano DOCG 2013 (750ml)

Brilliant clear garnet colour with purple tinges. Nose of blackberries, plums and violets followed by blueberry and raspberry with balsamic spice notes. On the palate, black cherries and plums open into a round and steady mineral finish. Food pairings: Ideal with ‘acquacotta’ and onion soup. Perfect with roast game and cannellini beans in tomato sauce. An interesting accompaniment to horse meat but always good with a Fiorentine steak and Tuscan cold meats in general.

Peter Zemmer Punggl Pinot Bianco Südtirol-Alto Adige DOC 2015 (750ml)

Bright greenish-yellow colour. The bouquet is fruity, with light tones of apple. On the mouth, the wine is dry, fresh, and lively with a pleasing fullness. Food pairings: Serve at 10-12°C with fish dishes, vegetable soups, Chinese white turnip cakes, Daikon.
