Frank Szeto is Head of Compliance & Ethics at Robertsons law firm, leading a team that deals extensively with anti-money laundering regulations, professional ethics and risk management protocols. Mr. Szeto is regularly called upon to advise on regulatory compliance issues and has assisted local and international news and media companies on various aspects of Hong Kong media law. Mr. Szeto has 25 years’ experience as a commercial litigator, handling a wide spectrum of disputes, including areas of law that are relevant to journalists. Mr. Szeto is fluent in English and Cantonese.

Jo Loney is a partner at the wealth management firm St. James’s Place Hong Kong. She has over 15 years’ experience helping her clients to plan and manage their finances to enable them to reach their financial goals. This can range from basic budgeting, through investments and into more complex tax and trust solutions but, whatever the solution, the aim is to help people make their money work for them and to give them peace of mind. Ms. Loney is a lifelong D&I champion, LGBT+ ally and women’s rights advocate.
