“Riesling Weeks” is back in Hong Kong for its fourth running. June sees a month-long celebration of this classic German grape, which kicks off with Katharina Fladung, German Wine Princess 2015-2016, hosting a series of events including a Riesling pairing dinner specially prepared by the FCC’s chef.
About Katharina Fladung Katharina is this year’s German Wine Princess from Rheingau. Her grandfather is a part-time winemaker, and she is studying International Wine Business at the University of Geisenheim.
