Soils : Argilo-shistous and clay-sandstone soil in the commune of Beaulieu-surLayon
 
Tasting notes : This slightly sweet rosé has a salmon-coloured colour. Its round and aromatic mouth gives way to a beautiful freshness on the finish.
 
Accompaniments : Served at a temperature of 8-10°c, this semi-dry rosé wine is very easy to drink in all circumstances, from aperitif to dessert.
