(750ml) Piedmont’s finest white grape Cortese is at the heart of Gavi di Gavi. This product of Roberto Sarotto’s renowned Bric Sassi vineyard combines floral notes with aromatic peach qualities. Nicely dry with good acidity, it’s medium-bodied and rich in texture for a Gavi, but still relatively soft on the palate. |
